Mot clé : Bacillus cereus, sol, identification, PGP, biofilm, antagonisme.
Abstract
The bacterial flora of the rhizosphereor the PGPR flora ischaracterized by itsbeneficialeffects on plant growth and can beused as a biofertilizer and good biopesticide. In the context of thispaper, 28 strainswereisolated and thenidentifiedwith the genus Bacillus tooth B. cereus group, via a phenotypicapproach (morphological and biochemical). The PGPR propertiesanalyzed in thisstudyare: phytohormone production indole aceticacid (AIA), phosphate solubilization, amylolytic and proteolytic enzyme production, bacterial and antifungalantagonism, biofilm formation, and hydrophobicity of the spores. The results show thatninestrainsproduce AIA, nineteenstrainssolubilize phosphate, most have enzymaticactivity, twostrains have an antibacterialactivity, a single strainthatinhibits the fungus Rhizopus. The study of biofilm formation on orange leaves, and on titration microplates, showed a significantcolonization of living tissue compared to polystyrene. The resultsrevealed in PGPR of interest in the characterizedstrains, they are confirmed by the tests in vivo. The bacterization of parsleysheaths and tomatoseedlingsshowedbeneficialeffects on the growth of seedlingsgrown in pots.
