STATUT REDOX CHEZ UNE POPULATION ATTEINTE DE CANCER GASTRIQUE AVANT ET APRES TRAITEMENT -ETUDE CAS-TEMOINS- / BENDIAF YOUCEF
Titre : STATUT REDOX CHEZ UNE POPULATION ATTEINTE DE CANCER GASTRIQUE AVANT ET APRES TRAITEMENT -ETUDE CAS-TEMOINS- Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : BENDIAF YOUCEF, Auteur Année de publication : 2017-2018 ISBN/ISSN/EAN : master-bio-97 Langues : Français (fre) Mots-clés : Stress oxydant, chimiothérapie, Cancer gastrique, Facteurs de risque, micronutriments.

ABSTRACT
Few studies have specifically focused on the interaction of redox status with the chemotherapy treatments used in cancer patients with upstream characterization of the oxidative / antioxidant balance. The purpose of this work includes two main objectives: A priori, to study associations between diet, physical activity and tobacco consumption, oxidative stress between healthy controls and newly diagnosed gastric cancer (GC) and a posteriori, to evaluate the interaction between the cures used with the oxidizing and antioxidant profile in the same patients followed after treatment. The study conducted at the EPH of Maghnia focused on 9 cases of GC and 41 healthy witnesses (both sexes). The obtained results reveal a state of under nutrition observed based on BMI with a lack of physical activity, an evident oxidative stress by the overexpression of ROS such as MDA, NO °, ONOO ° before treatment with a drop in catalase activity with overexpression of SOD face of oxidative stress in cancer patients before treatment. Moreover, the cures used show-interesting interactions varying from a positive impact to a negative one on the redox equilibrium plan and depending on the composition of the cure mentioned above.
